JMC President Jay Morris has been elected to a two-year term on the Public Relations Society of America’s National Capital Chapter Board of Directors. His term begins on Jan. 1, 2012. Morris currently serves as co-chair of the chapter’s Professional Development Committee.
PRSA-NCC is the world’s largest PRSA chapter, with over 1,400 members.
“This is a great honor,” said Morris. “I look forward to working with my fellow board members to build on the phenomenal success our chapter has had over these last few years. Continuing to provide world-class programs and furthering the PR profession will be at the top of my PRSA to-do list.”
